EAR PLUGS:
The usual Tuesday night at Dottie’s was anything but usual. Unlike the usual DJ’s spinning cutting-edge racket, an actual BAND was on stage doing a soundcheck when we arrived. After a break to let the hip hop addicts get their nightly dose of monotony, Seek started pumping out really nice funky, groovy soul with an amazing female lead singer. I hope to see them again when I’m in the mood.
We were just catching up around here from the Post Trip Stress Disorder when we had a death in the family and your normally scheduled degenerate wanderings for the weekend have been postponed. Everyone go see the amazing shows we've listed for this weekend and send us reports. Your abnormally scheduled degeneration should begin anew next week.
In happier news, we updated the Ear Plugs local CD store yesterday, adding anyone from the Southeast we could find listed in Amazon. Surf over and buy somethin':
