The Earl put on a Valentine’s Day show that was more about heartbreak and death than chocolate and flowers, featuring Aileen Loy & Till Someone Loses an Eye, Thimblerig Circus, and a cavalcade of locals doing everything from circus sideshow acts to on-stage electrocutions, all while singing merry little ditties by the likes of Nick Cave and Violent Femmes.  What could be more romantic?
